To keep you happy, we offer free replacements for any manufacturing defects or misprints. If you experience an issue, just email us at support@phonixiamart.in with a few photos or a video showing the problem, and we’ll arrange to send you a replacement within 48 hours of approval. There’s no need to stress about returning the defective item—no reverse pickup necessary.

Please notify us about any issues, such as manufacturing defects, misprints, shipping errors, or defective items, within 5 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to process any returns or exchanges after that timeframe. Remember, our Return/Replacement Policy is only applicable for 5 days from the date of delivery.

If you receive a product in perfect condition but decide it’s no longer what you want, we won’t be able to offer returns or replacements since each item is customized just for you. Any returns or exchanges we do consider will be at our discretion, and our final decision will be binding. As our products are tailored specifically to your needs, they cannot be resold once shipped.
